CHARMS INFORMATION
Q: What is CHARMS?
A: CHARMS is an online program that handles everything band from contact info, to inventory, to budget information.
Q: How do I access CHARMS?
A: 1. Login using the RMS school code "RodBand". Capitalization matters!
2. Enter your child's DISD I.D. number. Â
3. You will then be asked to change passwords. Pick something you will remember and keep it in a safe place.
4. Utilize the many functions of CHARMS.
Q: I am not receiving emails anymore.
A: Login and make sure your information is correct in CHARMS. Many servers identify CHARMS emails as "bulk" or "trash". Be sure to check these folders as well.
